Create a tree billboard manually

This command allows to create tree as "billboard", manually, one by one.
Start the command.
1. Using the command line option "TREEID", select the tree variety you want to insert. The option lists the identifiers contained in the library as described here.
2. Select a 3d point
The command loop as long as you do not enter [escape].
